C. David Strickland is the Managing Partner of Strickland & Strickland, LLP. His practice is concentrated in the areas Residential and Commercial Real Estate and Business Closings, Transactions and Litigation, Wills and Estate Planning, Corporate Law and Business Formation, General Civil Litigation, Adoptions, and Local Government Law.

David spent sixteen years as both a Municipal and Magistrate Court judge, ultimately being elected as the President of the Georgia Council of Municipal Court Judges in 2010. He was also a Special Assistant Attorney General, and has represented the City of Oxford, Georgia, the Newton County Water and Sewerage Authority, Rockdale County, Georgia, and the Rockdale County Water and Sewerage Authority, among others.

He practices before the courts of the State of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the Supreme Court of the United States.
